Addendum: Kraft Heinz puzzle promotion

Kraft Heinz Canada has expanded a recent promotion intended featuring a 570-piece jigsaw puzzle. Each piece of the puzzle is a uniform shade of red, representing Heinz Ketchup. During the initial promotion, Heinz gave away 57 puzzles to consumers in each of 17 countries, including Canada. The company has now begun selling a limited edition inventory of the puzzle to the public in Canada and the US at <>. Proceeds from Canadian sales will be donated to Food Banks Canada. The promotion was developed by Rethink, with media work by Starcom and public relations from The Colony Project.

“We were blown away by the massive response to our Heinz-red Ketchup Puzzle, with thousands of Canadians telling us who they would love to do this puzzle with,” said Brian Neumann, senior brand manager at Kraft Heinz Canada. “We wanted to find a way to give more Canadians the opportunity to get their hands on one, while also giving back, which is why all profits from the sale of the puzzle will go to support Food Banks Canada.”
