Workhouse debuts new design

Toronto-based design agency Workhouse has undertaken a rebranding initiative to coincide with its 10-year anniversary. The new materials include an updated wordmark and visual style. To introduce the new branding, the company has developed a collection of branded honey using the tagline “Ex Labore Dulcedo," meaning “From work comes sweetness.” The honey appears in an online video making use of a kaleidoscopic design.
“We labour and work to create beautiful, substantial designs that bring sweetness and celebrate craftsmanship,” said Michaela Jantoska, creative director of the agency. “From the largest to the smallest project, we pour care and consideration into our works that we can proudly leave our mark on. This is the heritage we want to be known for.”
