The chainges include a new visual style, cross-device commenting, an emphasis on video, new discoverability features and improved accessibility and privacy functions. New features for advertisers include additional ad space on the home page and adjacent to long-form content and improved performance among other elements.
“More than just a website refresh, Postmedia is adopting an entirely new platform of technologies that bring outstanding user experiences and expanded offerings for advertisers,” said Mary Anne Lavallee, chief operating officer at Postmedia. “Extensive beta testing has shaped the new experience and data proves that users love the new platform with its super-fast load times and improved discoverability.”
