Cleary releases customer experience video

Vancouver-based online eyeglasses and contact lens store Cleary has released an online video focusing on its customer experience. The video outlines the process of buying optical products from the company, beginning with browsing the store, choosing a product and placing an order, as well as delivery and returns. The execution focuses in particular on the rapid delivery of orders and its 24-hour customer support.

“Consumers are now used to seeing something they like online, clicking to buy and having it in their hands within a few hours,” said Clearly CEO Arnaud Bussieres. “That is the Amazon effect on consumers' expectations. So, we have decided that consumers should be able to do the same thing with something as important as their eyewear.”
