Phelan joins Ideon Media

Shawn Phelan has joined Ideon Media of Toronto as vice-president of brand partnerships. Phelan was previously the founder of Vice Toronto as well as the company’s vice-president of business development, vice-president of integrated marketing services and sales director for Canada. He has also worked as a consultant.
