The Shoe Company introduces new loyalty program

Toronto-based footwear retail chain The Shoe Company has debuted a new loyalty program called Shoe VIP. The program replaces the chain’s previous Shoe Lovers Rewards program. The program offers two membership tiers, one of which is free while the other requires a minimum annual purchase total. Consumers will receive either one or one and a half points per dollar spent, with a $10 bonus for every 100 points accumulated. The program also includes surprise bonus points with each purchase, free shipping and other special offers. The loyalty program also introduces a new visual style for the brand. The Shoe Company is a subsidiary of Designer Brands.
“We’re proud to elevate and innovate the loyalty experience at The Shoe Company, to get personal and connect with our customers at a deeper level,” said company president Mary Turner. “Shoe VIP’s compelling rewards, element of surprise and customized approach to rewards management make it a best-in-class loyalty program for our members.”
