Naan & Kabob readies loyalty program

Toronto-based casual restaurant and catering chain Naan & Kabob will launch a new loyalty program called Naan & Kabob Rewards in the fourth quarter of the year. Consumers will receive loyalty points called “hearts” with the purchase of menu items at the chain’s five restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area. Accumulated points can also be redeemed for menu items. Consumers can join the program in-store or via a mobile application.
“Our guests have been asking us for a loyalty program for some time,” said Fahim Ahmadi, director of operations at Naan & Kabob. “We value our guest’s feedback and wanted to make sure we had it just right before we launched, and believe it was worth the wait. We deeply value our guests and want to be accessible to them, including digitally. Our rewards program is just one more way for us to say thank you to our guests, and to offer them another way to engage with our brand.”
