Adidas begins ad campaign with DAZN

Athletic apparel company Adidas Canada has begun an advertising campaign with DAZN Media, a streaming video service specializing in sports content. Through this agreement, the brand’s “Hardwired Pack” ad content will run on DAZN’s service and its sports news website and its social media pages. The campaign will run during live streams of Premier League soccer content. According to the company, Adidas is the first brand to advertise on the streaming service in North America.

“As a company with a long international soccer heritage, we are thrilled to work with DAZN Media North America,” said Angela Blyth, director of marketing at Adidas Canada. “Given their recent acquisitions with European soccer leagues, we see this opportunity as the perfect way to launch our latest soccer campaign, ‘Hardwired,’ and to reach passionate soccer fans in Canada.”
