Three firms ready digital out-of-home media buying system

MiQ, Hivestack and Kinetic Canada have formed an agreement to develop a digital out-of-home media buying and planning system. According to the companies, the system is intended to increase the efficiency of buying and measuring media for advertisers. MiQ is an agency specializing in marketing intelligence, while Hivestack focuses on location-based marketing technology. Kinetic is a media planning agency specializing in the out-of-home sector. It is a subsidiary of WPP.
