Designer Shoe Warehouse debuts loyalty program

Toronto-based footwear retailer DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse has introduced a new loyalty program called “VIP Rewards.” The program will be offered in three tiers, two of which have minimum annual purchase requirements. Participants in the program will receive free shipping and loyalty points for each purchase. Participants will also receive points for donating shoes to the company’s Soles4Souls program. Consumers can access the loyalty program through a mobile application. DSW, a subsidiary of Designer Brands, operates 27 stores in Canada.
