CAA begins Thank You Canada campaign

The Canadian Automobile Association of South Central Ontario has begun a new campaign called “Thank You Canada.” The effort consists of a series of online videos intended to thank consumers for voting the organization as the most trusted brand in Canada in this year’s Gustavson Brand Trust Index. The campaign, developed by Arrivals & Departures, features suggestions submitted by consumers via social media regarding ways in which the company could demonstrate its thanks.
“We really wanted to show our appreciation to Canadians for putting their trust in us and for their incredible loyalty,” said Erin Roux, brand manager for CAA South Central Ontario. “The submissions we received from everyday Canadians were inspiring to say the least. It was hard to choose which to showcase with so many compelling and often selfless requests. The common theme that emerged was that when we asked what we can do for Canadians, a majority thought of what they could do for others.”
