Catelli Foods begins Giving Feels Good campaign

Catelli Foods of Montreal has begun a campaign called “Giving Feels Good” intended to raise awareness of the issue of food insecurity in Quebec. The campaign features data from a recent survey concerning food bank usage. According to the survey, 20% of Quebec residents have used a food bank at least once, while 10% have skipped a meal because they could not afford to buy food. As part of the campaign, now in its 11th year, for each box of Catelli pasta purchased between April 15 and May 31, the company will donate one serving of pasta to a participating Canadian food bank.
“The 16 food banks we're supporting this year are doing incredible work in their communities to combat Canada's food crisis,” said Alistair Senn, senior brand manager at Catelli. “Food insecurity doesn't discriminate. The need in the spring and summer is high, which is why Catelli has pledged to donate one million portions of pasta to our food bank partners.”
