Toys R Us sponsors Blue Jays

Toy retail chain Toys R Us Canada has signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. The deal includes the operation of a “family fun zone” at Blue Jays home games that will offer interactive family-themed activities. In addition, the company’s mascot, Geoffrey the Giraffe, will appear at events. The company will also conduct promotional activities at various outdoor festivals during the summer, as well as a birthday party event for the Blue Jays mascot in July. The sponsorship also includes behind-home-plate signage, digital media, social media campaigns, giveaways and gift inserts for members of the Jr. Jays Club.

It's a partnership that will bring play, as a right, to life for kids across the country.”
