Sollio Agriculture debuts new branding

La Coop fédérée of Montreal has rebranded its agri-business division as Sollio Agriculture. According to the company, the new identity is intended to better reflect the services it provides to farmers through its retail locations and business sites. The name is intended to recall the words soil, solicitude, solidarity and solutions. The identity will be rolled-out over the next two years at the company’s 320 sites nationally. The branding was developed by K72.
“Developing the Sollio Agriculture brand posed an immense challenge due to the complexity of our B2B2C business model,” said Benoît Bessette, vice-president of marketing, communications and strategy at Sollio Agriculture. “Our business partners operate our sites in Canadian provinces. They are the ones who represent our brand within their companies, which serve the farmers.”
