Cobs Bread breaks Start Something Good campaign
By Adnews Staff
Cobs Bread of Vancouver has begun a national campaign called “Start Something Good” intended to attract new franchisees to the chain. The campaign was developed by Will Creative, with production by Blue Ant Plus, media work by Major Tom and public relations from Next PR. It includes digital, print and social media advertising and will run in four phases for 12 months. The creative depicts the personal experiences of four Cobs Bread store owners and conveys their advice to other potential franchisees.
“We launched ‘Start Something Good’ because we know that starting your own business is a big decision, filled with questions and uncertainty,” said Brad Bissonnette, vice-president of marketing and franchise recruitment at Cobs Bread. “But we also know that it is possible and even more accessible than many think. What better way to share that message than to have actual franchisees sharing real advice and insight about their own journey to ownership? We’re looking to expand bakeries in BC, Alberta, across the Prairies, and Ontario and breakthrough in Atlantic Canada. We hope this campaign inspires people to find out more about what it’s like to own a Cobs Bread bakery.”
