New managing partner at National in Ottawa

National Public Relations has appointed Gordon Taylor Lee to the position of managing partner of its Ottawa office. He was most recently a senior partner at and general manager of FleishmanHillard in Ottawa. Prior to that, he was a principal at Interis Consulting. Lee was also an executive director at the Public Health Agency of Canada, a director at Health Canada and director of policy at the Office of the Minister of Health.
