Cyr joins FleishmanHillard HighRoad

FleishmanHillard HighRoad of Ottawa has appointed Pierre Cyr to the position of vice-president of public affairs. He was most recently director of board and stakeholder relations at Canadian Blood Services. Prior to that, he was executive director of operations for the Office of the Premier of Ontario. He was also director of political operations for the Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada.
