Taco Bell readies slide-though promotion

Taco Bell Canada is preparing a promotion in support of its Cheetos Crunchwrap Slider menu item. On March 2, the fast food chain will operate a “slide-though” window on a tubing hill at the Horseshoe Resort near Barrie, ON. Consumers will be able to place an order for a Cheetos Crunchwrap Slider at the top of the hill, then slide down and pick up their order at a temporary installation at the bottom of the hill. Taco Bell is a subsidiary of Yum Brands.
“Unique, exciting and off-the-wall events are an essential part of the recipe that makes Taco Bell what it is,” said Veronica Castillo, head of marketing at Taco Bell Canada. “This fan favourite deserves a celebration that's as audacious as the Crunchwrap itself, something wild and unexpected and has never been tried before.”
