Pattison Outdoor expands inventory in Calgary

Pattison Outdoor Advertising has installed a collection of passenger information screens as part of the Max Bus Rapid Transit system in Calgary. Eighty-seven free-standing structures have been installed along the four new lines of the service. They will display transit schedule information and advertising on 55-inch screens. The new displays bring the total number of screens operated by Pattison in Calgary's transit system to 172.
"The fusion of integrated design, advance passenger information and advertising represents the future of the out-of-home industry," said Brian de Ruiter, general manager of the Prairie region at Pattison. "We are thrilled to provide Calgary Transit with Canada's most state-of-the-art transit vehicle information system and offer advertisers the opportunity to take their advertising to a whole new level throughout the city of Calgary."
