Morley joins Canada Infrastructure Bank

The Toronto-based Canada Infrastructure Bank has appointed David Morley to the position of head of public affairs and communications. He was most recently senior vice-president of strategy and communications at Infrastructure Ontario. Prior to that, he was director of the Ministry of Finance for the Government of Manitoba. He was also a senior policy advisor to the Ontario Ministry of Finance and to several departments of the Government of Canada, including Transport, Infrastructure, Foreign Affairs and the Privy Council Office.
