McEleney joins XMC

Toronto-based sponsorship and experiential marketing agency XMC has appointed Pat McEleney to the position of executive vice-president. He will also become a partner in the firm. McEleney was most recently vice-president of partnerships and events at Canadian Tire. Prior to that, he was executive director of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships at Hockey Canada. He also held a series of positions at Molson Coors Canada, most recently senior director of sports and entertainment.
