Greystar hires three agencies

Real estate company Greystar has retained Bleublancrouge, L'Institut Idée and A&C to handle marketing and communications for a new US-based real estate brand. Greystar, based in South Carolina, specializes in investment management, real estate development and the management of rental housing properties. The agencies will develop new branding for the Monogram Residential Trust, a collection of apartment buildings in US coastal cities.
