Hill&Knowlton promotes Briand

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada of Quebec City has promoted Martin Briand to the position of vice-president. He joined the agency in 2012. Prior to that, Briand was a special advisor to the Quebec Minister of Health and Social Services. He was also a political advisor to the leader of the official opposition.
