Do More Agriculture Foundation begin awareness campaign

The Saskatchewan-based Do More Agriculture Foundation has begun a campaign called "It Starts With Me" intended to raise awareness of mental health issues in the agricultural industry. This is the first such campaign the not-for-profit organization has undertaken. It includes online materials at <http://www.domore.ag> as well as social media activities. The creative depicts the statement "just get over it" being rephrased to to "It might not be easy, but it's okay to get help."

"We each can promote change by making small adjustments to our internal and external language," said foundation co-founder Kim Keller. "We often don't think about how the language we use can impact mental health. Language is a powerful tool. Positive language creates positive outcomes, improves communication, and increases our confidence. This campaign aims to inspire reflection and encourage people to participate in their own way."
