Ikea continues Breakfast Club program

Furniture retailer Ikea Canada has resumed a fundraising initiative with the Breakfast Club of Canada for a third year. During November, the company will donate one dollar to the charitable organization for each breakfast sold at one of its in-store restaurants. The funds raised will support the club's school breakfast programs nationally.
"At Ikea, we believe children are the most important people in the world and should start the day well nourished, with a mind full of curiosity to play and learn," said Brendan Seale, sustainability manager at Ikea Canada. "Partnering with Breakfast Club of Canada enables us to make a positive change in the local communities we operate in, ensuring many more children have a healthy start to the day."
