Noise Digital promotes Simkin

Noise Digital of Vancouver has promoted Louise Simkin to the position of vice-president of consulting and made her a partner in the firm. She will head the agency's strategy and media planning departments, as well as its consulting activities and business development. Simkin joined the company in 2013 as a senior strategic account director and became director of strategy and innovation in 2015. She has also been a senior planner at Affinity Id of New Zealand and a marketing manager at Air New Zealand.
