Kijiji debuts new branding

Toronto-based classified advertising website Kijiji Canada has undertaken a rebranding initiative. This is the first update to the brand since its debut in 2005. The new branding includes a modified logo intended to appear clean and simple, as well as a redesigned website and mobile application. The rebranding was conducted by CloudRaker in collaboration with Kijiji.
"Since 2005, the way Canadians shop and their expectations of the buy and sell experience have changed, and we knew Kijiji had to evolve with the needs of its community," said Jason Karsh, director of marketing at Kijiji. "Every change we made on the platform over the last 18 months was informed by input from our community. Such significant product enhancements led us to reimagine the brand that Canadians love so much, to align with its sleeker product experience."
