Fallsview Casino Resorts begins chatbot promotion

Fallsview Casino Resorts in Niagara Falls, ON has begun a mobile promotion that makes use of an online chatbot. Developed by Oath with support from OMD, the initiative features a mobile application designed to recommend activities at the resort and in the Niagara region to consumers. The program offers personalized recommendations based on the interests of the user. The promotion will run in the Greater Toronto Area and elsewhere in southern Ontario until the end of the year.
