La Cage introduces loyalty program

Quebec restaurant chain La Cage Brasserie Sportive has debuted a new loyalty program called Club Cage. The program, developed by Lg2 in collaboration with IQ724, makes use of a mobile application that tracks user preferences and offers customized rewards for each visit. The program is being promoted with in-restaurant materials, as well as with a website at <https://club.cage.ca>.
"This program goes above and beyond traditional loyalty programs, which have a more transactional strategy," said Alexis Robin, vice-president of digital experience at Lg2. "Club Cage is more personal and engaging than a simple transaction. It's designed to evolve by applying the information learned after each visit to create a more personalized, satisfying and surprising experience."
