Gruetzner joins Global Public Affairs

Global Public Affairs of Ottawa has appointed Ted Gruetzner to the position of vice-president of energy, environment and resources. He will lead the practice for the agency nationally from its Toronto office. Gruetzner was most recently vice-president of corporate relations and communications at Ontario Power Generation. Prior to that, he was manager of community relations at the Portlands Energy Centre.
