New CEO at WPP
WPP of New York has promoted Mark Read to the position of chief executive officer and executive director of its board. He has spent nine years as an executive director of WPP, as well as 12 years as head of strategy and then CEO of WPP Digital. In 2015, Read became global CEO of WPP subsidiary Wunderman. In 2018, he became joint chief operating officer of WPP. Read was also the co-founder of WebRewards. He has also worked at Booz Allen & Hamilton.
