Canada Health Infoway hires Cossette Health

Canada Health Infoway has retained Cossette Health as its marketing communications agency of record. Infoway is a not-for-profit organization funded by the federal government that works to support the use of digital health technology nationally. Cossette will develop a multi-year marketing communications program intended to promote access to this technology, particularly the organization's Access Health program. The agency will also develop a public campaign intended to foster communication between clinicians and consumers. The assignment also includes research, branding and strategy development. Cossette Health will service the account with support from Citizen Relations and other Vision7 International subsidiaries.

"Infoway's new Acess Health initiative will provide Canadians and their providers with improved access to personal health information and digital health services," said Shelagh Maloney, executive vice-president of Canada Health Infoway. "Infoway's shift from being a strategic investor to being a service provider presents an interesting communications and marketing challenge. Cossette Health has demonstrated a deep understanding of this challenge and a winning approach to solving it."
