Enterprise adds two

Toronto-based government relations and public affairs agency Enterprise has hired Semhar Tekeste as a senior public affairs consultant. Tekeste was most recently associate director of stakeholder relations for the House of Commons of Canada. Prior to that, she was a special advisor to the federal Minister of Natural Resources. She was also director of Parliamentary affairs at Citizenship and Immigration Canada and at Canadian Heritage.

Katie Heelis has joined the agency as a public affairs consultant. She was most recently a legislative assistant and policy advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Prior to that, she was in the public affairs department at FleishmanHillard.
