Stephen Thomas promotes three

Stephen Thomas of Toronto has promoted three senior staff members to its newly-created strategic services division. Liz Attfield will head the division as vice-president of strategic services. She was previously a senior account director. Julie Gales has been promoted to vice-president of operations. She was also a senior account director most recently. Scott Jeffries has been promoted to director of media and data services. He was previously senior manager of list and data services.
