New marketing vice-president at C21 Investments

Vancouver-based cannabis company C21 Investments has appointed Randy Torcom to the position of vice-president of marketing. He was most recently vice-president of brand marketing at Burton Snowboards. He was also director of brand management at the company. Prior to that, he was a marketing director at Dakine.
