Boston Pizza conducts Eskimo for a Day contest

Restaurant chain Boston Pizza International has begun a contest promotion in Edmonton called "Eskimo for a Day." As part of the contest, 64 youth winners will receive "one-day contracts" with the Edmonton Eskimos football team. The winners will participate in an event at Commonwealth Stadium on July 14 intended to replicate a football tryout and game drills with players from the team, including Shaquille Cooper, Mason Woods, Bryant Mitchell and Nick Usher.
"Giving back to our local communities has always been a focus for Boston Pizza," said Jenna Bull, marketing manager for sports programs and sponsorships at Boston Pizza. "Working with the Edmonton Eskimos again felt like a natural fit. It's going to be a fantastic day. We're very excited to give these up-and-coming local all-stars the chance to join the Eskimos organization."
