New president at The Mark

Toronto-based content marketing agency The Mark has appointed Tracy Smith to the position of president. She was most recently managing director of Ariad Communications. Prior to that, Smith was vice-president of the creative and consumer practice at Ariad. She has also worked at Rogers Communications. The Mark's clients include Scotiabank, Becton Dickinson, Cirque du Soleil, Lasik MD and Arterra Wines.

"Tracy is a passionate and experienced leader who has successfully managed all aspects of the agency business," said agency founder Jeff Anders. "She's a tremendous talent who will inspire our team and drive results for our clients."
