Engagement Labs updates brand analysis system

Engagement Labs of Montreal has released an update to its TotalSocial marketing data and analytics software. According to the company, the new system makes use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology to analyze social data and other information. The new system specializes in creating predictive models based on 100 measured variables. It also features an automation tool intended to identify and explain unexpected variations in brand performance.
