
Rothman, Benson and Hedges conducts Your Right To Know campaign

Toronto-based tobacco company Rothman, Benson and Hedges has begun a campaign called "Your Right To Know" which addresses the subject of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. According to the company, the campaign is intended to raise awareness of proposed new laws that will restrict the distribution of information about these products. The initiative makes use of a website at <http://www.yourrighttoknow.ca> as well as billboards in the Greater Toronto Area and online banner ads.
"It is going to be even harder to learn about alternatives to smoking," said Peter Luongo, managing director of the company. "It would be terrible for someone to continue smoking simply because they weren't aware that these products exist."
