Intouch Insight debuts new branding

Ottawa-based customer experience management company Intouch Insight has undertaken a rebranding initiative. The firm has adopted a new corporate look and feel intended to better represent its shift into the field of artificial intelligence. The new branding is accompanied by a new website at <> and the tagline, "Be one step ahead."

"While the brand, logo and tagline have changed to better represent what the company is today, the Intouch values and mission remain the same," said Lindsay Sykes, director of marketing at Intouch Insight. "Our combination of deep industry expertise, use of modern technology and exceptional customer support remains unique, enabling us to retain long-lasting customer relationships. Our new tagline invites customers to engage with Intouch to be one step ahead of their customers, competitors, potential negative customer experiences or brand reputation issues."
