Subaru Canada introduces Digital Interview

Subaru Canada has introduced a new feature called "Digital Interview" at its website which allows consumers to chat online with sales staff and dealerships nationally. The system, developed by DMT Group of Winnipeg, is the first of its kind in Canada, according to the company. Users of the system can consult with sales staff at any of 90 Subaru dealers in the country to ask questions about the company's vehicles.

"The ability to have potential customers chat directly with a sales consultant from a local dealer in real time is a game changer for our business," said Don Durst, senior vice-president of operations at Subaru Canada. "It will undoubtedly change the automotive experience and our dealers are looking forward to the increase in leads and business as a result."
