New president, COO at DHX Media

DHX Media of Halifax has promoted Josh Scherba to the position of president. He was most recently executive vice-president of content and distribution. Prior to joining DHX in 2000, Scherba was at Gullane Entertainment.
Aaron Ames has been promoted to chief operating officer of the company. He was most recently chief integration officer at DHX. He has also worked at Atlas Cold Storage, Centenario Copper, Coretec and TSC Stores.
Anne Loi has been promoted to the newly-created position of chief commercial officer. She was most recently executive vice-president of global operations and senior vice-president of finance and operation at the company. Loi has also worked at Decode Entertainment and Extend Media.
DHX Media co-founder and outgoing president and COO Steven DeNure will retire from the company within the month.
