Automat debuts beauty chatbot website

Montreal-based Automat, a firm specializing in artificial intelligence-assisted marketing, has launched a new website at <>. The site is intended to provide information about the use of this technology in the marketing of beauty brands. These systems can offer consumers virtual product trials, recommendations, beauty advice, appointment bookings and answers to product questions.

The site offers a directory of online chatbots organized by category and by the messaging system they use. It also provides case studies of the use of chatbots by brands including L'Oréal, Cover Girl and Sephora. The site will also carry industry news regarding the use of this technology.
