Social Enterprise Gift Guide released

The Toronto-based Canadian Community Economic Development Network has begun a holiday-themed promotion intended to encourage consumers to give holiday gifts that advance social, cultural or environmental causes. Called the "Social Enterprise Gift Guide," the promotion features a variety of products from the Canadian social enterprise sector. It can be searched by product type, price range, region and other categories. The online guide is located at <http://seontario.org/social-enterprise-gift-guide-2017>. This is the second year the organization has conducted this initiative.
"This guide is a practical and unique way for anyone to support Ontario's social enterprises," said Brad Duguid, Ontario Minister of Economic Development and Growth. "It's a win-win, the gifts allow you to give twice, to your loved ones and to your communities in need."
