Walmart Canada hires Barrett and Welsh

Retail chain Walmart Canada has retained Barrett and Welsh of Toronto has its multicultural agency of record. The firm specializes in communications aimed at consumers who are visible minorities or persons with disabilities, with creative services available in 23 languages.
