CTV has formed a promotional agreement with IHeartRadio Canada in support of its music-themed reality television series The Launch. During the term of the agreement, the winning song from each week's episode of the show will debut on IHeartRadio's network of pop music radio stations and its online music streaming service. The musicians who create each song will also take part in IHeartRadio morning shows nationally.
"There is no better place for music's next original, chart-topping songs to live than on IHeartRadio Canada," said Rob Farina, head of radio content and strategy at IHeartRadio. "As the excitement intensifies leading up to the premiere of The Launch, we are thrilled to align with this amazing new series, and look forward to serving IHeartRadio's die-hard music and pop culture fans, listeners and followers with the latest new music and behind-the-scenes movements of each newly-launched artist."
CTV is a division of Bell Media. IHeartRadio Canada is a joint venture of Bell Media and IHeartRadio.
