Hydro-Quebec begins new campaign

Hydro-Quebec of Montreal has begun a new phase of its ongoing advertising campaign that focuses on its customer service. Called "You can count on us," the creative highlights the power company's extended hours, service response times and online services. The $1.5 million campaign, developed by Lg2 will run until Oct. 29. It consists of a television commercial and online advertising, accompanied by content marketing and social media components.
"Hydro-Quebec is committed to improving its customer services, and every day the challenge to serve you better guides our employees," said Éric Martel, president and CEO of Hydro-Quebec.
