Birks to sponsor TIFF

Jewellery retailer Birks has signed on as the official jewellery sponsor of the Toronto International Film Festival. The company will participate in a series of events and promotions during the festival. Birks will be the presenting sponsor of the Birks Blue Carpet Suite at Roy Thomson Hall. It will also display its products to festival attendees in a hotel suite at Hazelton Hotel. A number of celebrities will also wear Birks jewellery during the event. Birks is also the presenting sponsor of the festival's Artists for Peace & Justice Canadian Changemaker Award.
