National promotes Daraiche
National Public Relations has promoted Martin Daraiche to the position of managing partner at its Quebec City office. He joined the agency in 2008. Prior to that, Daraiche was a public affairs advisot at the Quebec Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy. He was also a political advisor at MAPAQ.
