LeanStream, Media Sales Lab merge

Toronto-based companies LeanStream and Media Sales Lab have merged their operations. Media Sales Lab operated a digital audio advertising network, while LeanStream specializes in online radio streaming. The merged entity, which will operate as LeanStream, is intended to create a full-service digital audio company aimed at publishers and advertisers.

LeanStream president David Huszar has become chief operating officer of the new firm, while Media Sales Lab president Chris Nimigon has become chief revenue officer.

"We are thrilled to join forces with Media Sales Lab, as this merger presents significant new value to our customers," said Huszar. "Now, in addition to providing premium streaming services we can begin to help our customers fulfill the promise of digital audio as a source of one-to-one revenue creation."
